Westway Artist Network hosted by Kamitan Arts:

“Equity in the Arts and Culture Sector”

Wed 25th June 6-8:30pm
12 Acklam Rd. W10 (old Subterania)

Are you tired of EDI talks that lead nowhere? Have you faced covert discrimination in the arts and culture sector? Do you believe local grassroots artists and organisations deserve real investment, leadership roles, and a seat at the policy-making table?

Join Kamitan Arts for a powerful community forum focused on equity in arts and culture landscape within RBKC. This event is open to local grassroots artists, organisations and community members, offering space to share lived experiences and explore real, actionable change alongside a high-calibre panel of professionals in the arts culture and community field.
We’ll unpack vital questions including:

  • What does equity truly mean?
  • What do equitable partnerships look like in practice?
  • How do we reimagine a fairer future for marginalised grassroots artists and organisations?

Refreshments will be provided.
